The villa and its gardens are next to the pool area and there is rustic stone paving surrounding the pool itself complete with solar shower for use before and after using the elegant oval pool. There is plenty of sunbathing space as well as a charcoal barbecue so picture yourself enjoying a relaxed lunch in the shade of a parasol, taking in the sea view or sipping a glass of chilled Rioja while dinner sizzles on the barbecue. Later on have a swim in the illuminated pool and taking in the moonlight reflected on the Mediterranean sea at night – absolutely stunning.
The main entrance is to the rear of the villa and you enter into the tiled kitchen which leads into the spacious living room with comfortable leather sofas, occasional table, hot and cold remote-controlled air conditioner giving you the perfect temperature all year round. The television unit also accommodates the fibre optic internet receiver so you can sit in comfort either watching TV or catching up on your social media. The internet is perfect for business people who need to stay in touch with their office at home whilst still enjoying a relaxed family holiday.

About 20 minutes walk to safe, sandy beach with bars and restaurants. An ideal base for sightseeing with aquaparks about 10 minutes drive, Fuengirola 10 mins., Mijas about 15 minutes and Gibraltar just over one hour. The villa is less than 20 minutes from Malaga airport and we can arrange your transfer if you wish. We live about 15 minutes away and speak fluent Spanish. There is a shopping centre at the entrance to the urbanisation and this has a Carrefour supermarket, newsagents/booksellers, tapas bar, dry cleaners, Tea/Cake shop and excellent Indian restaurant. The white Andalusian village of Benalmadena Pueblo is only 3 kms. from the house and you can enjoy strolling through its peaceful cobbled streets and taking lunch at one of the many cafes and restaurants.
The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival with bedlinen, towels and kitchen/ bathroom essentials provided.
The cost of final cleaning and laundry services is not included; costs are €80 for cleaning and laundry at €12,50 per person.
Extra maid service can be ordered if you wish at €10 per hour.
Access is required each week on a predetermined day for garden and pool maintenance.
Check in is from 14.00 – 16.00 and check out is at 10.00 a.m. on day of departure. These times can be changed by prior arrangement.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT – This is a refundable deposit of €500 and refund is made after the villa has been checked over and within seven working days of your departure. We do ask you to let us know of any breakage or damage when it happens so we can make an assessment and agree the cost of rectification. Excessive noise leading to complaints by neighbours is also considered damage and a suitable deduction made from the damage bond.
